RE:	Community Meeting

The Symmes Redevelopment Associates Team (SRA) would like to 
inform you that we will conduct two community meetings in April 
because we are working to finalize our submission for the 
Town Meeting and want to keep the community informed of our efforts.  

The first meeting will occur on Thursday, April 15th and the second 
meeting is planned for Thursday, April 29th.  Both meetings will be 
held from 7 - 9 p.m. in the Symmes Hospital Cafeteria.

April 15th Meeting Agenda:

  1.   Update on Overall Project Progress - 10 minutes
  2.   Update on Medical Office Building Tenancy - 5 minutes
  3.   Discussion on Feasibility Study of Existing Buildings - 10 minutes
  4.   Discussion on Traffic Analysis - 15 minutes
  5.   Discussion on Subsurface Explorations - 15 minutes
  6.   Update on Schedule - 5 minutes
  7.   Notification of Future Community Meetings - 5 minutes
  8.   Question & Answer Period
  
We will continue to make every effort to notify abutters and interested 
parties of community meetings.  We have obtained a list of abutters from 
the Assessor's office and gathered contact information at previous 
community meetings.  Still, our list is not totally complete and we 
would appreciate any assistance from community members in disseminating 
this message to all interested parties.
